Jessica Wu is the co-founder and CEO of Sola, an AI-native automation platform focused on helping enterprises automate complex digital workflows using adaptive AI agents. A former MIT student with a background in mathematics, computer science, quantitative research, and venture investing, Jessica previously worked across finance and technology organisations including Citadel, Goldentree, and Thrive Capital. She is recognised for building next-generation AI automation systems that combine large language models with enterprise workflow orchestration to replace traditional robotic process automation (RPA) tools.

Snehal Antani is the co-founder and CEO of Horizon3.ai, an autonomous security and AI-driven penetration testing company focused on proactive cyber resilience. Prior to founding Horizon3.ai, Snehal served as Chief Technology Officer for Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), where he led advanced technology initiatives supporting U.S. national security operations. He also held senior engineering and product leadership roles at Splunk and GE Capital. With deep expertise across cybersecurity, AI, cloud infrastructure, and national security technology, Snehal is widely recognised as a leader in offensive security automation and enterprise cyber defense.

Rahul Ponnala is the co-founder and CEO of Granica, an AI data infrastructure company focused on helping enterprises optimize, govern, and secure data for large-scale AI and analytics workloads. Prior to founding Granica, Rahul held engineering and leadership roles at companies including Google and Nutanix, where he worked on large-scale distributed systems and enterprise infrastructure technologies. He is recognised for his expertise in AI data management, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning systems, with a focus on making enterprise data more efficient, privacy-aware, and AI-ready.

Russ Fradin is a serial entrepreneur, technology executive, and investor best known for founding and scaling enterprise software and future-of-work companies. He is the co-founder and CEO of Larridin, an AI workflow intelligence platform focused on measuring enterprise AI adoption and productivity impact. Previously, Russ served as CEO of Dynamic Signal, an employee communication and engagement platform, and held leadership roles at companies including Adify, which was acquired by Cox Enterprises. He is recognised for his expertise in enterprise SaaS, workforce transformation, and data-driven business intelligence.

Arvind Parthasarathi is the Founder and CEO of CYGNVS, a cyber resilience and incident response platform that helps organizations prepare for and manage major cyber crises. A serial entrepreneur and cybersecurity leader, Arvind previously founded Cyence, a cyber risk analytics company later acquired by Guidewire, and YarcData, a cyber data discovery platform acquired by HPE. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Informatica. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, and is widely recognised for his work in cyber risk, resilience, and enterprise security operations.

Jeff Lambert is Vice President of Revenue at Very Good Security (VGS), where he leads revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and enterprise sales initiatives for the company’s data security and tokenisation platform. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, fintech partnerships, and go-to-market leadership across both startups and Fortune 100 companies. Prior to VGS, Jeff held senior sales leadership roles at Visa, leading North American teams focused on Open Banking and Loyalty solutions. He also co-founded NuOrder Technologies, an early restaurant e-commerce platform that was later acquired, giving him a strong background in scaling high-growth technology businesses.

Ashish Uchil is a global enterprise sales, partnerships, and business development leader at ElevenLabs, where he focuses on scaling the company’s enterprise partnerships and go-to-market strategy for AI voice and conversational agent technologies. He brings more than 20 years of experience across enterprise software, fintech, cloud, and platform ecosystems, with previous leadership roles at companies including Microsoft, Meta, and Brex. At ElevenLabs, Ashish is helping expand adoption of voice-powered AI agents and enterprise AI communication solutions globally, working at the intersection of generative AI, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.

With a background in law and business, David has held various leadership roles in companies such as Code Name Avatar, XanGo, Valais, Atlas Title Agency, and Liberty Title Insurance Agency. David holds a JD from BYU Law School, an MBA from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a Finance emphasis.

A prominent journalist in Silicon Valley, Danny has witnessed the technological whirlwind and chronicled the Al evolution coming firsthand.

As host of Danny in the Valley and is co-host of the Times Tech Podcast he also does weekly
interviews with pioneers in tech, from the brightest start-ups to the tech giants including Sam Altman and Satya Nadella, CEO Microsoft.
